McDonald's considers cutting schoolgoers' hours

Fast-food giant McDonald's is believed to be considering preventing Leaving Cert students from working at its restaurants during the school week.

Reports this morning said the company planned to introduce new rules over the coming months that would see fifth and sixth-year students only rostered to work at weekends and during school holidays.
