NI housing stock value leaps 262% in 10 years

The value of the housing stock has climbed 262% in Northern Ireland over the past 10 years, a leading lender said today.

New research from the Halifax showed that the value of the private housing stock was more than 50% higher than three years ago and three times the value in 1994.
