New unit to act as environmental watchdog for tourism industry

Fáilte Ireland is reportedly planning to set up a new unit to act as environmental watchdog in the interests of the tourism industry.

Reports this morning said the unit was being established to form policies on issues such as fish farms and wind farms, which are often located in scenic areas.
