Financials hold ISEQ back

The ISEQ index of shares was struggling in early trading today, shedding 5.01 points to 6,184.52.

The financials were the worst hit, with three of the major banks suffering losses. Irish Life & Permanent was the worth hit, down 20c to €13.45.
