Employers seek reform of work-permit system

The Chambers of Commerce of Ireland (CCI) has called for reform of the work-permit system to make it easier for businesses to employ non-national workers.

The business group says a study it commissioned found that almost one quarter of companies were having problems processing work permits for non-EU workers.
