The latest figures from the Central Statistics Office show that exports for September slipped 11% on August.

Seasonally adjusted merchandise trade for September 2004 (preliminary) shows exports decreased by 11% to €6,560m relative to August 2004 and imports decreased by 3% to €4,260m.
