Govt warns ISPs on regulation

The Government has warned that it will forcibly regulate internet service providers in Ireland if more don't sign up to self-regulation.

Junior Minister Brian Lenihan has expressed disappointment with the low number of service providers who have signed up to a voluntary code of ethics for the industry.
