ISEQ up 24.26

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up 24.26 points to 5587.09 in morning trade today.

Tullow Oil shares remained level at €1.92 after the company announced in interim results that operating profits were up 51% to £26.5m (€38.8m) in the six months to June 30, up from £17.6m (€25.8m) in the first half of 2003.
