Second-hand house prices in Ireland fell slightly in the first quarter of this year, according to the Government's latest Housing Statistics Bulletin.

The bulletin said second-hand house prices decreased by 1.3% nationally and by 2.7% in Dublin during the first quarter of this year compared with the final quarter of 2004.
