ICAI calls for new Companies Office appeals system

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) has called for the introduction of an independent appeals system at the Companies Registration Office (CRO).

The Institute described the situation at the CRO as contrary to Government policy and has requested that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment address the situation.
