ICTU: Rising house prices to affect Sustaining Progress negotiations

ICTU leader David Begg indicated that house prices may be one of the most important issues in the forthcoming discussions on a new national pay deal.

Both SIPTU and the TEEU have said they are amenable to re-entering talks on part two of Sustaining Progress.
