The ISEQ was up 1.91 points at 5,169.40 just before 11am.
It was a mixed morning for the financials, with Irish Life and Permanent up 2c to €12.42 ahead of today’s AGM, and Bank of Ireland, the ISEQ’s most-traded share this morning, down 1c to €9.86.
