ISEQ starts strongly with Elan the main mover

The ISEQ opened strongly today and by 11am was up 88.47 points at 5,268.05.

Drug group Elan was the morning's top performer, rushing ahead 122c to €19.90 after it announced it is to seek approval of Antegren as a treatment for Crohn's disease in Europe.
