An increase of over €900m in residential mortgage lending pushed the annual lending growth rate, adjusted for securitisations, up to 26.1% according to the latest data from the Central Bank & Financial Services Authority.

An increase of over €900m in residential mortgage lending pushed the annual lending growth rate, adjusted for securitisations, up to 26.1% according to the latest data from the Central Bank & Financial Services Authority.

This is the highest level since data began in December 1996.
