New Zealand’s government has signed an estimated €67.4m deal to buy 188 new British-built Pinzgauer military vehicles to replace the army’s ageing fleet of Land Rovers.

New Zealand’s government has signed an estimated €67.4m deal to buy 188 new British-built Pinzgauer military vehicles to replace the army’s ageing fleet of Land Rovers.

Delivery of the new light operational vehicles is due to start in October. The Pinzgauers will be part of a fleet of 320 vehicles.
