Acquisitor acquires further Baltimore shares
Bermuda-based Acquisitor Holdings has said it has acquired a further 655,000 shares in Baltimore Technologies and now holds a 11.4% stake.
Baltimore's biggest shareholder, Acquisitor called for an EGM earlier this week, at which it intends to propose the removal of Baltimore's board.
Today Acquisitor also said that David Buchler, whom it has nominated to be chairman of Baltimore, has purchased 60,000 shares in the company, while Robin Williams and George Wardale, whom Acquisitor has nominated as non-executive directors of Baltimore, have bought 20,000 shares respectively.
