Tony O'Reilly, the non-executive chairman of eircom, could make around €36m from the floatation of the company.

According to a report in The Irish Times, O'Reilly plans to sell his entire 5.6% stake in the company as part of the floatation. He acquired this stake for €25m in 2001.
