Cisco and IBM join forces to bolster internet security

Network equipment manufacture Cisco Systems and IBM today announced an agreement to integrate some of their offerings to tighten the security of their joint customers.

Executives from both companies say the collaborative effort will offer customers more protection from security issues such as hackers and internet viruses.
