Pension watchdog logs 163 complaints in ten months

The pensions ombudsman Mr Paul Kenny has received 163 complaints relating to the operation of pension schemes since the post was created in last April.

According to the Irish Times 22 of these cases have been resolved through mediation, one determination has been made and 94 cases are still ongoing.
