In retaliation to low-cost air fares and in a bid to increase traffic in the off peak period, Irish Ferries has cut the cost of mid-week car ferry travel to Britain.

The group is offering a new mid-week car-accompanied fare of €20 per person return which can be booked on Irish Ferries's website until February 11.
