Finnish group Nokia has signed a €200m deal with computer giant IBM, which will provide in-house IT maintenance and helpdesk services to the mobile handset group.

Finnish group Nokia has signed a €200m deal with computer giant IBM, which will provide in-house IT maintenance and helpdesk services to the mobile handset group.

According to the five-year contract, which is waiting on approval from various competition authorities, 430 Nokia employees in 36 countries will be transferred to IBM, but will still work on the premises of Nokia.
