'€2.5bn spend on euro call centre solutions by 2007'

Western European banks and insurers will invest a combined $3.2bn (€2.5bn) in call centre solutions by the end of 2007.

According to a new study by US research group IDC, banks will invest $2.8bn (€2.2bn) and insurance companies will invest $351m(€ 283m).
