The Irish financial services regulator has issued a warning about two firms operating illegally in Ireland.
The regulator said the US-based Global Investment Group and Jefferson Management of Luxembourg and Hong Kong were not licensed to do business in Ireland.
The two firms have been offering investment advice and services to the Irish public for some time.
