Morgan Stanley confirm $50m settlement

Morgan Stanley confirmed that it reached a $50m (€42.56m) settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission over its mutual fund business.

The settlement covers the disclosure of fees and other information to investors who purchased certain mutual funds through Morgan Stanley's brokerage network from January 2000 to the present.
