Dublin Chamber of Commerce opposed to 'congestion charges'

The Dublin Chamber of Commerce has expressed its opposition to any plans to introduce so-called "congestion charges" in the capital.

The move, whereby motorists are charged to enter the city, has already been implemented successfully in London.
