The biggest individual shareholder in accountancy software company Sage has sold 5% of Britain's biggest software company for £116.3m (€167.1m).

Graham Wylie, a co-founder and former managing director sold 65.15m shares at 178.5p. (€2.56) through a bookbuilding exercise by Deutsche Bank.
