BUPA to challenge VHI sell off in court

Ireland's largest health insurer VHI, has had its plans for privatisation shaken after rival, BUPA, has revealed its launching a court challenge against the handover.

BUPA is taking the issue to the European Courts, claiming that EU law would be infringed if the privatisation goes ahead.
