Problems for mobile users switching networks

Many mobile users wishing to change their existing networks have been faced with delays caused by technical problems with the system put in place to handle the switch.

The system, which has been in place for around 4 weeks, allows mobile users to change their existing networks while retaining their current numbers, including their current prefix.
