CSO reports drop in imports

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) has released figures indicating that non-EU imports have fallen for May; imports were almost €1.5bn, a 12% drop from April.

The figures refer to non-EU imports as goods imported directly from non-EU countries, rather than consigned from within the EU.
