Ryan jnr resigns from Ryanair board

Declan Ryan, son of Ryanair founder Tony Ryan has resigned from the board of the low-cost airline.

Ryan family members remaining on the board are Tony, Cathal, and Shane.

Declan Ryan cashed in four million shares in the company earlier this month earning him €24m.

He continues to hold other investments in property and part of the family's 30% stake in Tipperary Crystal.
