ISME: Govt didn't cause inflation drop

The ISME (Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association) has said that external factors, rather than any Government measures, should be credited with the reduction in inflation.

Chief executive Mark Fielding said that the Government has consistently added to the rate through increases in managed services and stealth taxes.
