EU ministers to meet to change CAP

European government ministers were meeting today to discuss a drastic overhaul of the much-maligned Common Agricultural Policy.

The meeting in Luxembourg is expected to last three days, with ministers under pressure to deliver a deal to rid Europe once and for all of unwanted surplus produce and outdated farming methods.
