Eircom granted High Court stay

Eircom has been granted a High Court stay following a decision by the telecoms regulator to force it to lower its charges to rivals for access to its local network.

The condition of the stay is that if an appeal by eircom against it fails, eircom will reimburse operators who have already paid the higher rate.
