Energis cuts back in Ireland
Energis, formerly known as Nevadatele.com, has cut back its service to business customers in the Republic.
It has stopped serving smaller business customers and is now only looking after bigger corporations.
The company was originally set up in Northern Ireland as a joint venture between Viridian and Energis.
Viridian sold its interest in the company in November. The company then became known as Energis.
The company reduced its operation in September 2002 with the loss of 60 jobs and it is thought that further job losses have followed as a result of the cutbacks in the last month.
