Acsis Technologies call creditors meeting

Industry sources have indicated that Acsis Technologies has called a creditors meeting, scheduled for April 16th.

It is understood that there is circa €200,000 owing to creditors and that an orderly wind-up is anticipated.

The root cause is said to be cash-flow difficulties in relation to customers owing to poor prospect closure.

It is also understood that the remaining six full-time staff have been let go.

It is likely that there will be a transfer of prospects to another Navision Solutions Centre.

A legal team has been retained and it is probable that a liquidator will be appointed at the creditors meeting.
