Planning body give green light to new airport terminal

An Bord Pleanala has approved the construction of a new Aer Rianta terminal at Dublin Airport.

Ryanair and local residents had objected to the proposed development, but the planning appeals body rejected these objections today.

Aer Rianta has welcomed the ruling, saying the new terminal will provide much-needed capacity at the airport.
