PolarLake, the Irish-based Enterprise XML and Web Services company has announced a strategic partnership with CASAREAL Inc., a Japanese-based Internet technology services company specialising in providing system development, consulting, support and training with a main focus on key technologies such as Java(tm), EJB(tm), XML and Struts.
