Estonia's parliament has set Sept 14, 2003 as the date when the Baltic country will vote in a referendum on joining the European Union, the parliament's press service said.

Estonia's parliament has set Sept 14, 2003 as the date when the Baltic country will vote in a referendum on joining the European Union, the parliament's press service said.

The government has decided the question to be put to the population will be: "Do you support accession to the European Union and adoption of a law of amendments to the constitution of the Republic of Estonia?"
