13 companies interested in second Dublin terminal
Thirteen national and international companies and consortia have expressed an interest in providing a second terminal at Dublin airport.
They include Ryanair and Cityjet and a group led by Hochtief, a German airport management company who are partners of Aer Rianta in a number of foreign airport projects.
An expert panel has been appointed to assess the viability of the project and it is unlikely to impact on Aer Rianta and the Aviation and tourism sectors here.
The panel is due to give its assessment to the Minister for Transport by January 17.
