FINEOS integrates Britannia Building Society's CRM system
FINEOS Corporation, a provider of banking and insurance software, has implemented an integrated enterprise content management solution at Britannia Building Society.
It enables service staff to access directly all customer-related information through the society's existing FINEOS Enterprise CRM system. The content management capabilities of the FileNET solution means that over 30,000 documents can be scanned, indexed and retrieved per day through the FINEOS CRM system, providing service staff with a single point of real-time access to all customer and contact records.
This new implementation is in line with Britannia's overall business strategy of having a single, integrated CRM workflow and imaging tool deployed across the enterprise.
Implemented over 16 months at Britannia's head office in Staffordshire, the system was rolled out over a single weekend to more than 300 users.
The FINEOS customer base includes such customers as ABN Amro, Allianz and Zurich Financial Services Group.
FINEOS, with its headquarters in Dublin, employs almost 250 people in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the USA.
