Food Safety Authority urge businesses to get to know suppliers

The Food Safety Authority is urging those in the food sector to get to know their suppliers in a new drive aimed at maintaining high standards in the industry.

The authority says businesses are placing themselves at risk if they are not fully aware of with whom they are dealing.
