MPs say Bush 'gave unfair advantage to US airlines'

MPs say US President George W Bush gave his country's airlines an "unfair advantage" over their competitors with a multi-billion dollar aid package following September 11.

In a report on the air transport industry, the Commons Transport Select Committee warned that it was 'imperative' that the UK Government takes steps to level the playing field.
