Leaders ask ministers to debate corporate governance proposals

EU leaders asked finance and internal market ministers to debate the corporate governance proposals that will be presented by a special high level group of company law experts.

The conclusions to the summit here said leaders asked the ministers to help the European Commission to draft recommendations on improving corporate governance as soon as possible.
