Point wins "What Works" Award from Aberdeen Group
Point Information Systems, one of Europe's largest CRM vendors, has been selected for one of Aberdeen Group's "What Works" CRM implementation awards.
Aberdeen Group selected Point's implementation for BUPA - one of the UK's largest private health insurance providers - as one of its top twelve Customer Relationships [CRM] implementations in Europe. In its findings, Aberdeen group particularly cited how Point has helped BUPA increase its lead conversion rate from 10% to 50% thanks to it Point-powered "Heartbeat" CRM programme.
Aberdeen's criteria for choosing the 12 implementations included evidence of return on investment, implementation strategy, innovative use of technology, scope of implementation, and documented savings. Aberdeen is a provider of market analysis and positioning services.
