Skandia to implement Fineos CRM solution

The Irish based enterprise solutions company Fineos has announced that Skandia is to implement its CRM and workflow solution in Denmark.

Skandia is one of the world's leading savings and insurance companies. The deal supplies three Skandia companies in Denmark with a 100-seat licence for the Fineos Service Centre and Workflow Manager applications and represents Fineos's first sale in the Scandinavian market.

Skandia selected Fineos as the preferred supplier after a competitive tender, which included two of the market's leading vendors.

Skandia has offices spread over five continents and 25 countries, Skandia is now acting as a truly global company. Skandia has been registered on the Stockholm since its establishment in 1963. The company hold assets on a world-wide basis of around 1.000bn SKK (€110bn).

Fineos develops and markets enterprise solutions for banks and insurance companies. It employs 250 staff at its offices in Dublin and in the UK, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the USA. Customers include ABN Amro, Friends First and Fortis.
