Supermarket giant Kmart in crisis talks

Kmart is on the brink of bankruptcy as its board met to consider how it can survive.

The supermarket chain is second only to Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer and owner of Asda. Virtually every American town has a Kmart outlet.
