Easyjet passenger numbers up 38%

No frills airline easyJet reported a surge in passengers today despite the US terror attacks and slumping global economy keeping people at home.

easyJet flew 690,928 passengers during November, a slide of 25,089 on the previous month but a 38.5% jump on the year before.
