Excite At Home shuts its network to AT&T customers
In the US Excite AtHome has shut its network to 850,000 AT&T customers and said it was in talks with other cable companies on a new service deal.
Some AT&T users will be without a service for up to 10 days.
Excite said it was losing money providing the service at current rates.
A High Court Judge in California told bankrupt Excite AtHome Corp on Friday that it might unplug its high-speed Internet service, it should not be forced to keep the service running while it seeks a better deal.
