Macalla wins export award

At the 2001 Irish Exporters Association Exporter of the Year Awards, Macalla was awarded the best new export award for its Mobility Platform.

This provides a software platform for the sourcing and consistent delivery of transactional and payment services across wireless, internet, voice and interactive digital TV channels.

Among other customers, Postbank ING Group in the Netherlands has been using this product, in its partnership with mm02's subsidiary Telfort, to power its combined mobile banking and prepaid top-up services.
