Cantor Index, the financial spread betting firm hit by the terrorist attacks in the United States, today showed it was fighting back with an increase in business.

The firm’s owner, financial services group Cantor Fitzgerald, was one of the worst affected by the massacre at the World Trade Centre, losing 700 staff including 12 from Britain.
